Fame Tattoo Bang Tao Beach brings the Kata studio's artists and standards to Phuket's north-west coast. The studio sits on Soi Ao Bang Thao 4 in Choeng Thale, minutes from Bang Tao Beach, the Laguna resort complex, Boat Avenue and Layan — the island's fastest-growing neighbourhood for travellers who want a quieter, more local Phuket.

GETTING HERE

FROM BANG TAO BEACH AND LAGUNA

The studio is a few minutes by scooter or taxi from the Laguna resorts, Boat Avenue and the Bang Tao beachfront. If you are staying in the Laguna complex, tell your driver Soi Ao Bang Thao 4.

FROM LAYAN AND SURIN

Layan and Surin beaches are ten minutes north and south respectively — an easy ride before or after a beach day.

FROM PATONG OR THE AIRPORT

Phuket International Airport is about 25 minutes away, making Bang Tao the easier studio for a session soon after you land. Patong is 30–35 minutes over the coast road.

Yes. It is the same Fame Tattoo team, artists, hygiene standards and pricing — a second studio, not a franchise. Your consultation and aftercare support work across both locations.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS AT BANG TAO?

Open daily from 11:00 to 21:00. For early or late sessions outside those hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to arrange it.

I AM STAYING IN LAGUNA — CAN I WALK IN?

Absolutely. We are a few minutes from the Laguna complex and Boat Avenue, and same-day walk-ins are often possible at Bang Tao. Send us a WhatsApp message first and we will confirm an artist is free.

IS BANG TAO A GOOD CHOICE FOR A BIG SLEEVE OR BACK PIECE?

It is ideal — the Bang Tao room is quieter, which suits long multi-hour sessions. Larger realism and Japanese pieces are planned across several appointments, and we will schedule them around your stay.
